payment methods

To make paying for your order as flexible as possible, we offer you a variety of payment options. You can select your preferred method at the end of the ordering process. Below you will find an overview of the possible payment methods.

Payment in advance (bank transfer)

Please be sure to transfer the exact invoice amount, do not round up or down.
If you order with advance payment, you will receive an email after completing your order containing our bank details and the purpose of your transfer.

Please note that a transfer within Germany can take up to three working days depending on the bank processing time.

payment via PayPal

  • After submitting your order, you will be redirected to PayPal. You can complete the booking by clicking on the "Payment" button.
  • To make payment via PayPal, you need a PayPal account.
  • Registration: www.paypal.de/anmeldung .
  • Shipping will take place as soon as we have received payment and all items are available.
  • A different delivery address can only be entered before completing the order process; changes are no longer possible after this.
  • The maximum order value is € 5,000 including shipping costs.
  • When paying via PayPal, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address after the order has been received.
  • You will find out whether you can pay in installments after submitting your order in the order/payment information on the PayPal website.

payment by credit card

  • Shipping will take place as soon as we have received payment and all items are available.
  • A different delivery address can be used.
  • The maximum order value is € 5,000 including shipping costs.

payment via ApplePay

  • ApplePay is only available on Apple devices.
  • To pay via Apple Pay, you must add a card in the Apple Wallet app.
  • Shipping will take place as soon as we have received payment and all items are available.
  • A different delivery address can only be entered before completing the order process; changes are no longer possible after this.
  • The maximum order value is € 5,000 including shipping costs.

payment via Google Pay

payment via Klarna

  • Place all desired items in your shopping cart and select "Klarna" at checkout.
  • Enter the required personal information and you will immediately know whether the payment is approved.
  • Klarna will send you an order confirmation by email and remind you when it's time to pay.
  • Shipping will take place as soon as all items are available.
  • A different delivery address can only be entered before completing the order process; changes are no longer possible after this.
  • The maximum order value is € 5,000 including shipping costs.
  • When paying via Klarna, it is no longer possible to change the delivery and/or billing address after the order has been received.
  • Orders for collection in our store in Linden are not possible with the Klarna payment method.
  • Currently, only items in stock can be ordered using the Klarna payment method.
  • The purchase of vouchers is currently not possible with the Klarna payment method.
